What is currently, the best use for currants?

I have loads of them in my cupboard. Dried out, past their sell by date.

Any ideas, of putting them too good use?

get a straw, and balance one on the end, aim it out the window at ya s****. neighbour walking past and blow real hard down the straw.........Then duck so they dont see you.

Its the Southern equivalent of a  double barrelled shot gun - drive by curranting.

They will be OK currants don't go off.  Sprinkle them on your breakfast cereal. make a currant cake, add them to curries as you would with sultanas, feed them to the birds.

I love the notion of Viper's drive by curranting, shame they don't splat!!!

Play a joke on someone.  Take them to someones house and stratigically place them around the house.

Tell them then you have found mice droppings in the house.
