Try one above the Parkson Plaza (it has two so make sure you get to the right one).

Volcano near Pham Ngu Lao might just be in hype as well. Ask the locals!

There is a dance club in the Windsor Towers (District 1) that my friends rave about. I've only ben there once and it was OK. Good crowd, good music, etc. Unfortunately, I usually go to bed at 9 or 10 so the whole club scene is wasted on me.
