What is curves like?

My friend and I are thinking of joining curves together, so we can get in some exercise and maybe keep our weight under control. I was just wondering if anyone has any opinions of curves. What's it like? What kind of routine do you do? What's the typical age of women that you see there?

  1. im 14 and a member of curves, i like it,it only takes 30 minutes and you can burn up to 500 calories.

    the way it works is its curcit training, which means you do a weight machine and then they have these mini trapoline things the you jump on between each weight machine. at my curves, the machines are in a circle and you go around twice, which takes 30 minutes. another curves that i have been to has there machines in a S shape and when you get to the back, you jog to the front and start over the machines work your abs, legs and arms. each month you got weighed and measured and the person who works there records your results. many of the women are older than me, most of them between 20 and 50. the women are all different shapes and sizes some are very overweight and some are skinny and want to stay that way.

    if your still not sure if you want to join, go there and ask to try it out, the lady will teach you how to use each machine and then you can decide if you want to join.
