  1. A customer is someone you provide a service for with a pleasant and professional manner, this can be a internal customer meaning someone you work with who asks you to assist them or an external customer meaning someone from the general public who requires product or assistance.

    Both of whom you should treat with respect and serve with good grace.


  2. Always right!!!  Unfortunately that is not true though but when you work in retail you got to remember the customer is always right.
