  1. There is none as far as I know. If you can hear, walk and speak, you can get there.


  2. Don't know if it is the same in every state, but in Massachusetts it is 70.

  3. I believe death.  There is no cut off.  If you are legally incompetant than you would be excused.  But there are plenty of seniors who are well informed and could follow a trial.  There cannot be an age cut off as that would be age discrimination.

  4. Here in Texas it is 75. BUT you can still be on a jury if you want to. You are not automatically disqualified by your age. You simply get the choice to remain in the pool of jurors or excuse yourself from the pool. Many want to be on juries if it is a really interesting case.
