When kids get insulted over the internet and instead of saying 'lol' they end up getting hurt and they tell their moms and it escalates to court.

Basically it's the Internet taken seriously by kids [who shouldn't be on the internet in the first place]

same as normal bullying except is is through the internet. like if i write "u are a *** hole" thats cyber bullying. its hard to react to cyber bullying unless you know who it is, and have proof. the internet makes it hard to work out people identity. if its a in school issue tell a teacher i suppose. if its really bad you might want to mention it to the police. but thats only for really bad cases. normally you just leave the site or whatever the bully is using.

when kids harrass other kids on the internet or by texting them but not to their face. theres not much you can do except change your email address or moblie/cell number.
