It really depends on what you like. Personally, I like LuLuLemon spandex.  They aren't the spandex material so I find them more comfortable and I also like under armour.

Depends on your shape. Different brands are better for different people. So just try some different kinds on, until you find the ones you like. Some good brands to try would be mizuno, asics, and adidas.
