It is one yarn by name " Viscose Rayon Yarn ". The Viscose is obtained by plant pulp, in India it is Eucalyptus pulp.

Viscous solution obtained by treating Cellulose with Sodium Hydroxide and Carbon disulphide, used as the base of manufacturing Rayon Cellulose film.

Rayon yarn made from this is called " Viscose Rayon Yarn ". Or in general, it is popularly called as " Art  Silk  Yarn ".

both carry same meaning..... rayon fabric is made from cotton wool or synthetic fibres and looks like silk and viscose is the term most foreign buyers use for rayon . so there is no difference .
