  1. I think you're referring to "GB", which stands for Great Britain.

The difference between United Kingdom (UK) and Great Britain (GB) are the constituent countries that make them up.

United Kindgom is composed of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Great Britain is composed of only England, Scotland, and Wales. Just that island alone.

  2. Do you mean "What is the difference between UK and GB"?

Well, if that's the case, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is commonly known as UK; GB  is for Great Britain.

UK is a union of four constituents - England, Northern Island, Wales and Scotland. UK is a parliamentary democracy with its seat of government in London, the capital, and a constitutional monarchy with Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II as the head of state.

On the other hand, GB describes the combination of England, Scotland, and Wales, and therefore also includes a number of outlying islands such as the Isle of Wight, Anglesey, the Isles of Scilly, the Hebrides, and the island groups of Orkney and Shetland, but does not include other outlying islands such as the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

  3. Do you mean "What is the difference between the UK and GB?" The United Kindom is not just England, Wales, Scotland. It includes Northern Ireland, and technically it still includes Australia, and Canada. Great Britian is just those nations on the Isle of Britian; England, Wales, and Scotland.
