  1. friend see, if company is market oriented then it doesnt need marketing oriented coz its already a market oriented and if it doesnt fall in market oriented and still no loss ,no profit then better join marketing oriented.

    or

once visit u must understand marketing oriented.

hope, it ll help u out

  2. It seems to me you have 3 questions here: a definition, a query about a company status that is incomplete, and a request for decision on which to use.

    2. I doubt these terms, used in an ad will allow you to tell "can u tell if a company is facing heavy competition and having no sales and profits as a result" just because one or the other is used in an ad for people, etc.  If properly used - a big IF in the case of a company facing this query - I would say a "market oriented" person would be one who can study the market and understand its shifts and patterns, while a "marketing oriented" person is one who is strong on selling and selling techniques in the face of obstructions to sales.

    1. So for hiring people, the difference I just used would be an answer.

    3. As for a company choice between the two, I would favor "market orientation" over "blast through resistance, don't listen to the customers" marketing, but then I hate those kinds of sales people.  In this case, it seems to me that the company has got to shift focus to find a niche with less competition in the market.
