  1. A guarantee returns your money if you are unsatisfied with the product.

    A warranty fixes the product if it is broken.


  2. well guarantee means if there is any fault occurs in guaranteed product with in guarantee time the concern company have to replace the product

    where else in warranty company will repair the product

    im working in electronics industry from last 3 yrs

    what my experience says is

    In all electronics product despite of warranty company change the product if they find any major fault in product to satisfy customer and to make future market.

  6. In guarantee period, if u r unsatisfied with the product, it is replaced by the new one by the shopkeeper but there is no money back.

    While in warranty period, the part that has got damaged, is replaced by the new one, but the whole set is not changed.
