What is difference between the zeno and thermaclear heat enabled acne treatment?

I am considering purchasing one, but the price is ridiculous!! Has anyone bought one of these and had success..or no success. Which one is better? Is there a difference? Doesn't the thermaclear work faster than the zeno? The heat does not need to be applied for as long of a time when using the ThermaClear, right?

  1. I would not buy any heat treatment, just go for runs and use Benzoyl Peroxide 5-10% cream from the chemist put that on all your acne everynight and wash with Clean and Clear oil free, I have no pimples now.

  2. I've never tried Thermaclear but I own a Zeno. It works for me. My acne isn't the kind that is easily cured by perscription lotion or face wash but it's not severe enough to warrant an Accutane pescription from the dermatologist (I have moderate acne and oily skin). The Zeno can be a bit of a shock to put on more sensitive areas of your face (a slight burning sensation) but it does subside after awhile. It's not a miracle worker in the sense that your pimples will disappear with no trace immediately after you use it. However, it does flatten out and shrink the red inflamed mounds on my face that aren't quite pimples (but are still areas of clogged pores) as well as regular pimples. It doesn't work for everyone but I really like it (just not the cost) because it's the only treatment I've used where I've gotten a quick and visible result. If you have massive amounts of pimples, it's better to get an Accutane prescription from the dermatologist. Buying Zeno cartridges would be quite expensive in the long run if you had that many zits.
