What is different between 1st & 2nd pregnancies?

Are there any noticable changes between your first and second pregnancies? Symptoms? Body changes?

with my first and second pregnancies everything was almost identical as far as symptoms.  the only difference was that I started showing around 4 weeks earlier with my second and I felt her kick about 2 weeks earlier.  they were both girls.  this one is a boy and it is completely different form my girls.  All the wives tales were true with my three babies.  everything is happening very early but no morning sickness or anything else for that matter other than the occasional heartburn and pelvic pain this pregnancy has been a breeze.
