the other day in lectures in university i was call a racist because i said i am colour blind. in fact i see the other people around me and treat others as i would like to be treated. i follow the teachings of hailie salasie I and have studied his speach made to the UN in 1963. extract of this speach... until the colour of a man (or woman) skin is no more significant than the colour of a mans eyes, until they can equaly garentee human rights without regard to race... if your are interested in this then google it and look for your self. I dont believe that cultural id is determined by the colour of my skin so diversity does not mean to me awearness of my culture.
