i was just wondering what the worlds perception is ...Me and my friend were having this conversation and i said hey all your life your told go to school work hard youll go far so i did ....my credentials far exceed my supervisor but i cant get a promotion so i ask my friend hey you went to college you hav a bachelors your a vet or even an associates degree and he says you know these 2 guys in my office just recieved promotions with high school diplomas ive been to college and continue to get over looked ......in a company of 15 does 5 black janitors and 5 latinos porters diversity ...dont anwser it >>>>just define diversity (Definition) is?

We live in an era of Orwellian Newspeak.So a definition will be a moot point with regards to understanding what it actually is in the real world.The word ties-in with the whole pc agenda.Words like diversity and multiculturalism are not bad in and of themselves.But the Cultural Marxism that results in how they have been used is lost on most people.To oppose it brings heaps of derision from hypocritical egalitarians.http://www.amren.com/ar/1997/07/index.ht...   http://www.academia.org/lectures/lind1.h...
