What is eCash?

does anyone knows what is eCash on poker online? are they charging to the exchange rate or something Im confuse, some reason I have less than what they show...HeLP, any ideas Im a US player and im new to this thing. thanks so much in advance!

I think you're leaving out many details.  Which site?  How much did you deposit?  When was the money taken out?  What did customer support say when you contacted them?
