the keyboard to me was far easier than the drums. i play 7 different intruments

you are asking about 2 different instruments.

for drums its all about the rhythm and keeping it .so it requires lots of training and u must be in love with drums to keep up your training , since its really boring at the beginning and u may leave it.

for the piano or say keyboard its a whole different stories.

u play the rhythm plus u r playing the melody too so its difficult.

its all about which sound do u like in any instrument ,just get it and start practicing.                  its not hard in fact u will enjoy it.
