What is ecological imbalance&its remedies?

Let me give you what we call in ecology a "f'rinstance" ;-)

There is a farm pond containing bluegill sunfish (BGS) and Largemouth Bass (LMB). At stocking time, the two were in balance. However, the BGS breed vey rapidly and are usually not fished heavily enough to keep their numbers down. Say the pond can support 1000 lb of fish. This could be 100 10 lb fish, 1000 1 lb fish, or  10000 1/10 lb fish. Very few people would prefer the last but this is what happens to the pond when it gets out of balance. What you have to do is go in and selectively remove lots and lots of the BGS, freeing up food for the young LMB and letting the larger LMB feed on the rest of the BGS. You also have to fish the BGS more heavily.

Their is no remedies for ecology but  human remedies is for stopping human destroying will be  simple responsibility as is bring human to balance with self and that may reduce human affect on ecology
