An indoor miniature golf course was installed  prior to our expansion from 32 to 40 lanes in our bowling house. Our traffic was limited and that part of the business just about broke even paying the maintenance and cleanup and very little of the workers' expenses. The successful indoor miniature golf courses like the one at Lake George and other recreation lakes  are a good source of income. The owner will never reveal profit.
