  1. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethanoyl

  2. Ethanol is an alcohol or bio-fuel made from corn.  Different areas mix different amounts of ethanol with gasoline.

Different engines respond differently to ethanol.  Some vehicles are designed to run on fuels like E-85.  Check your owners manual to see if your car is designed to run it.

  3. alcohol is ethanol, just another name for moonshine. corn liquor. they put about 10 or 15 alcohol in the gasoline. anyway, you cannot drink it once it is mixed together.

  4. It's fuel made from different forms of vegetation. In the US, most in production now is made from corn. In Brazil, a substantial percentage of vehicles run on ethanol made from sugar cane.

To use it in an automobile, your engine needs first to be converted to ethanol usage. That costs somewhere around $1,000 I believe.
