What is everyone going to eat for suhore?

I need food that will keep me full for 12 hours, and i dont know what to eat, what are going to have?

  1. i usually eat cereal or sometimes waffles or something simple because if i eat alot i would wake up feeling sick and anyways nothing in the world would keep u full for 12 hours aight.sometimes i dont even wake up for suhoor lol

  2. what ever you eat, it will digest within 4 hrs.

    suhur I take very light. some dates and soups fruits.

    pratha (a Pakistani bread pie full of potatos) with yougart

    about 10-15 eggs (drink raw) ,rooafza p**i drink, with some fried meat

  4. eat any think u want but don't forget to eat yogurt  

  5. I usually have water and some raw fruits/vegetables.

  6. fried beans (we call it fool in arabic) and a bagel with cream cheese and eggs... Yummy *i dont like eggs tho, so i pass on that hehe* and a grape fruit (lowers your appetite for a while) and at the end of that a glass water to keep me hydrated... However if you are going to work out alot make sure you consume alot of carbohydrates and liquid so you don't feel too bad at the end of working out.. It's what I do since I have tennis practice

  7. What do you mean suhore? You mean what you have to eat at morning? Well i don't know yet normaly i'm not that hungry at all in the morning. But i have to eat something.

  8. I am eating 2 scrambled eggs with a loaf of bread and  glass of orange juice then half a cup of water. :)

  10. Well, in my apartment i live alone. So far i only have bread n peanut butter. I wish i'm home so i can eat whatever my mom's cooking.lol

    But bread n peanut butter is more than enough for me. Rather than nothing. :-D

    And oh, drink lots of water, i'm helpless if dehydrated.

    To me, thirsty is worse than hungry.

    Maybe u should have oatmeals n milk n lots of water.

  11. i think i will eat a few dates and a cup of milk .. and before go to sleep drink a cup of water .. butt a will maybe skip dinner ..

    and then my suhore will be probably rice and Soup ..

  12. I like to have lentil soup and whole wheat bread. The lentils are high in protein and in fibers so it helps keep me full for a few hours. I lile lentils so much that I can do this for 30 days straight! My wife laughs at me (she usually has tea and light breakfast). By the way, after 2 or 3 days of fasting your body adjusts to the new eating schedule anyway.

  13. I just drink a huge glass of water.. sahoor usually makes me nauseous

  14. if you eat oatmeal.. it will keep you fuller for longer.. especially if you need to concentrate for the whole day like at school...

    pancakes are another good one.. they expand in your stomach and keep you full for hours...

    *Bar of chocolate

    *Tea with toast
