  1. whatever caliber the COLT"peacemaker" is thats a good looking gun....

  2. 58 Caliber; Euroarms 1858 English Enfield 3 Band Rifled Musket.  Kills Paper and Confederates with equal ease! No Registration! :)

  3. i like my 50 cal muzzle loader =omega magnum

i also like my rem 30-06=the old 742 woodmaster

but i have to say my parker bow is the best

as a matter of fact its time to shoot a round of about 25 arrows

  4. 8mm/06, which is my VZ-24 Brno Chek Mauser.

It is dependable, rugged, and accurate. Out of all my weapons, this one has taken the most deer.

  5. my favorite pistol caliber at the moment is 45 (long) colt. i have a ruger blackhawk with 5in barrel and a marlin 1894 cowboy both chambered for it. easy to reload, plenty of power and just plain fun to shoot. (tin cans jump 20 ft in the air)

my favorite auto pistol caliber is the 45acp in my EAA witness carry comp. most accurate 45 acp i have ever fired, including several custom 1911 pistols before it.

my favorite rifle caliber was the 250-3000savage in my ruger m77 international. unfortunately, i no longer own this gun (smacks self in head). sweetest shooting rifle i ever owned.

  6. .308 winchester model is remington 788 canjar trigger assembly. muzzle brake, synthetic stock, 4-12x50 bushmaster scope.quake claw sling. talk about a tack driver.

my cva optima pro in .45 muzzleloader has probably killed the most deer. i have a very very old remington .22 targetmaster, single shot bolt action with iron sights  that is probably most accurate gun though

  7. my favourite calibre is 30/30 Win. (Marlin 336),  but my favourite hunting tool is a 12 gauge pump action shotgun (Mossberg or Remington) with interchangeable barrels

  8. .45 ACP in 1911 Kimber Custom II

    It handles great!

  9. the 308MX, it's made my Marlin, beautiful gun, lever action, flat shooter and will reach out and touch anything i'm shooting at. has the power behind it to take down most big game here in the states without recoil overkill.

  10. remington 700p in 300 rem ultra mag i have sucessfully taken deer with this gun out to 500 yards instantly(i handload the cartridges to max performance i wouldn't even dare trying this with level 3 300 rem ultra mag ammo)

  11. 308 Winchester.

Years of successful hunting with it.

  12. Winchester M70, pre 64, in a .30-06.  Accurate, reliable paid for in 1966.

  13. My Winnie '94, .30-.30.  Why; because 5,000,000 people can't be wrong.

  14. It's a gauge not a calibre, 12 gauge shotgun (a shot gun with  interchangeable barrels like a Mossberg or Remington [more versatile] ). I own a Mossberg 500 (accessorized) and I use it for all my hunting.  I've successfully hunted/killed everything from grouse - moose with my Mossberg 500.

I like to refer to my shotgun as a multi-tool, it's like surviverman (Less Stroud) say's. "Never go into the wilderness with out your multi-tool"

  15. My favorite rifles are the Remington Model 721 in 30-06, because I have one of the first ones manufactured in 1948.* My other favorites are 218 Bee, 222, 22-250 for hunting varmints, 8mm Mauser Model 98 for big game, a 357 Magnum Smith & Wesson Model 66 for self defense, target, plinking, and hunting.*

  16. Remington Stainless Synthetic 25-06. Knocked foxes over at 600 meters! Good for varmints and larger game

  17. I have many favorites Matt.  For example, my favorite deer rifle is an old Remington 700 ADL purchased new in 1974 for less than $120 US dollars.  This is the plain-Jane ADL in that most excellent deer caliber, the .25-06 Remington. I started out with 100 grain bullets but soon switched to the 120 grainers which just performed better in my rifle.  Now I'm gonna use 115 grain Winchester Silvertip™ ammo.
