What is everything I need for a complete a car audio system? Also any high end products or companies?

Well if you want a 100% new car stereo then you will want a new head unit (also known as a deck) new front speakers new back speakers and possibly a few subwoofers. In addition to those you will need amps, an amp install kit, possibly a capacitor and speaker wire.

If that is not all your looking for then you need to be more specific on what you want to do with the car stereo.

and you will have no worrys about sh** breaking

Depends on what all you're wanting to do, but besides the speakers and amp(s) you'll be using, you'll need some tools, an amp install kit, and possible some speaker wire.
