i really like falafel and miss it

it is now like 2 years since i ate some

do you like falfel????

when we were in lebanon it was available everyday but it eat some in occations only lol

and now i miss it and i can't find any

my mum tried to do some but she didn't have the suitable equipments so it was not tasty

yeah i feel u when i go to falasteen i get falafel easy over hereits like a delicacy and rare to find good falafel but my mom makes it good mashallah anyone who tries it loves it, i tried asking her for the recipe just now but she told me to go away so i looked it up online and this is what i found:

1 cup dried chickpeas or 16 oz. can of chickpeas or garbanzo beans.

1 large onion, chopped

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

3 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon coriander

1 teaspoon cumin

2 tablespoons flour

Salt

Pepper

Oil for frying

but if u really want the actual recipe and equipments in detail i will ask my mom again when she isnt busy and i'll send it to u in a message or something
