or what would be better to tune up because im debating on what one to buy i think i might get the 90-93 integra

Both vehicles are ridiculously slow vehicles.

As far as tuning goes, don't bother with either. If you're going to spend the money, get something like an early 90's Eclipse or Talon. The performance will far surpass what you can do in a Honda, and for cheaper.
