What is convenient - Train/ST/BEST buses? One should also consider that there is a mega block on Sundays in the harbour/central railways.

It will be better to take bus from Borivili.  There are starting buses from Borivili Railway  Station (East), which goes to Belapur

you can come to Andheri from borivli by train and catch harbour line train 8.39am from andhri to panvel and you can get down at Belapur.there is no block now.If you cant catch 8.39 then board CST train change at wadala and take belapur train.
