I used 10-10-10 in my vegetable garden in handfuls around plants. Is that fertilizer ok for edibility of the vegetables? Do the plants absorb that fertilizer and do humans then eat what is absorbed?

This fertilizer was in tiny beads....

I am just wondering if you can get sick from the fertilizer coming into the plant and then you eating it?

Most of the watering of this garden has been from summer rains. Veggies are growing well...no complaints there.

  2. blood meal is made from dried cow blood

  3. nutriants

  4. nearly everything you eat has been fertilized or sprayed with pesticides during development, even fish and seafood have exposure.  You can't avoid it unless you're totally, passionately an organic person. Your fertilizer in the garden is necessary.  it gets converted by the plant.  been that way like forever.
