What is Fiberglass Shells is it the car or windows or what?

You have to define what you're talking about.  A camper shell is cap that sits on a pickup truck bed turning it into a camper.  Many are made of fiberglass to cut weight and prevent rust.

There are kit cars and replica cars that have the bodies made of fiberglass.  These are sometimes referred to as a shell because it is the hard outer covering just like the snail.
