What is finnair like?

traveling over to finland from heathrow and wondering what the service etc is like. Someone told me they didnt have air conditioning? this is a joke right? I love a nice cool breeze over my face when flying- Regards people!

Grumpy cabin crew, food's just about ok.

They have a/c :-) ... must have been an maintenance problem on the day your friend flew
