Flash and Dreamweaver are Adobe programs that are freakin awesome. Flash is a program for animation like you can make Flash animations and creative stuff like that and Dreamweaver is an HTML editor which makes it easier to make websites and stuff...hope that helps!

dreamweaver is a web design and development tool (XHTML, CSS, Flash, and more) that integrates fireworks and photoshop allowing you to create websites easier... not really for beginners....
