by fly phone i think you mean in-flights phone, they are usually found on larger and newer airplanes. they are located in the armrests or in the back of the seat in front of you. To use it swipe your credit card and dial the number that you want to call.

Not sure what you mean.  Perhaps you mean in flight phones.

Some of the newer aircraft have phones in the control unit attached to the arm rest.  Once you swipe your credit card you can make an mid flight call.
