There is nothing pure about food coloring. Many kids have a reaction to it, it makes them act aggressive and hyperactive.

Food Coloring is additive that been used to color our food which can make the food look fresh and attractive and that attract consumer to buy it. Because most people will judge a food by it appearance. Exp: Food which appear dull as not-so-fresh food. exp orange juice added with color will make people think it is very fresh compared to juice without additional color. Food coloring can come either natural or artificial.Natural color come from natural sources exp root beet. But natural color always facing stability problem so it become expensive. Artificial color which is mostly use is come from chemical substance. It is stable and cheap but not contribute to the health and some of them had been consider as carcinogenic(can cause cancer)
