What is fuel rate?

and why does it cost so much i just got my electricity bill for this month and i didnt use that much elsectricity but my fuel rate was 33.51 what is it for? last month i was only charged 9.77 and a year ago i was charged around 9 dollars so why am i being charged so much this month for low usage KWH??? i live i Oklahoma if that helps.

number one they mess up on your electric bill last month 9.77 dont sound right for your electric bill at all now 33.71 does heck i trade electric bills with you any day of the month i paid 75.00 a month here in dallas texas be greatfull it is only 33.71are it mite be the person that put the wrong usage in his computer while putting how munch you used can happen people make mistakes all the time plus every thing is going up gots to look at it now a day every thing is going up nexts month it mite be 50 dollars
