F&O are the derivatives.  You can trade these derivatives on the exchanges similar to the stocks.  You can trade on Exchange Index derivatives or Stock derivatives.

it is a type of trading in stock exchanges. and its a different world. u have to learn a lot before getting into it.

like delivery trading, intraday trading future and options is also one of the way to trade stocks.



BUT RULES OF THE GAME IS VERY DIFFERENT.

it can be said that F&O is a high risk high return method(specially futures). options is also a very good method to make money with low risk.
