  1. i dont know but ginseng really helps u out. just know dat. haha i drink ginseng a lot since my grandma like ALWAYS make it. its realy bitter though.


  2. Ginseng is ok to use everyday there are no side affects

    I've ever heard of. I've been using various ginseng's for the

    last 20years,and I've never felt better. American ginseng

    is grown in Wisconsin. Koreans ,Chinese,Russians too.

    Whenever I'm tired or stressed out I'll take an extra

    capsule or two. I suggest buy a small jar of ginseng extract

    with American,Korean,and Chinese ginsengs. I usualy

    buy mine at Vitamin Shoppe,or Vitamin World. Shop

    wisely when they advertise deals, and apply for their

    discount cards.  I hope this helps.

If individuals with diabetes takes the American ginseng, they should take no more than the recommended dose and to check the blood sugar level to prevent hypoglycemia.

    May interfer with many prescription drugs, non-prescription products and herbals,including: Caffeine, CNS stimulants, Drugs and herbals used in the treatment of diabetes, drugs to treat schizophrenia, MAO inhibitors, warferin

    With my Chinese family background, we used ginseng as cooking ingredient.  We make soup with them and the whole family love it.  I think my family is addicted to these Chinese "black soup"!!!
