I find it difficult to concentrate, while my father draws, with his pen, sweeping constantly across his board, I can't watch what's on tv, but the, he'll say, "I need to see someone, because I can't put up with it."

    If dad is too obnoxious then watch tv in another room.

  3. I would like to suggest meditation. Just concentrate on your breathing for about 5 minutes a day. If that's too much even start by 3o seconds and train your self up!

    Believe you can do it, and i'm sure you will. hope this helps!

  4. I really don't understand but if this helps then

    good.So this happens to me to.You need confidence.

    Try focusing on nothing for a while.Then after a half an hour try

    focusing on both thing one eye on one thing;and one eye on the other.

    Well i hope this is what you are looking for.
