So like in an attempt to eat healthy I have been eating like this (keep in mind although I work I still live at home making it not very practical to prepare my own meals)Breakfast: All BranMorning Tea: AppleLunch: Either a salad or a subway six inchAfternoon Tea: Apple/Banana/whatever fruit I have at homeDinner: whatever meat my family is eating and a salad(I have a younger brother and sister and they are very picky so it is usually meat and chips/mashed potato etc)So first question is this a good diet?Second: How come i'm so gassy?Thanks :)
