What is going on in Special Ed??

What has happened to the special ed. section. At the moment all it contains is questions from people in India asking for advice on correspondence courses. Surely special ed should be just that. Does India not have its own Yahoo Q&A's?

We could start answering their posts and tell them to use the regular ed section.  Or we could tell them special education is relating to disabilities and their posts are inappropriate on our forum.
