What is going on in Vermont on Sept 20th? fall foliage?

I'm driving up there on the weekend of Sept 20th to see the fall foliage with my girlfriend....and because the date has already been set, I want to make sure not to miss any festivals or events that weekend! Does anybody have any recommendations as not-things-to-miss in Vermont during this time? Thanks guys!!
