According to MangaFox, the series is still ongoing. I do not know how often the scanners take in between chapters, but could this be the reason for your concern? I am into several series on this site and many of them are ongoing. Some even take forever to get new chapters up!

The above link to MangaHut doesn't seem to indicate if it's ongoing or not. Maybe one site has it by chapters and one site has it by volumes?

I wish I could have been of more help to you, but I am thinking it is ongoing and the scanners do not get the chapters up as fast as we would like. They must be busy and I am sure they are waiting on the chapters from somewhere else so they're probably in the same boat we are.
