Question:

What is going on with my ankle?

Every few weeks one of my ankles gives out or something. It rolls completely over onto the outer side. I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary; sometimes I'm just walking and I'll fall because my ankle gives out. I don't think I've been stepping wrong or anything. It happens to both ankles, and they've been doing it for years. Any ideas?

  1. This is simple, in your life history you took a blow to the ankle, or something along those lines. Try some Tai Chi or some Yoga so you can strengthen your bones, every twenty years your bones renew themselves, so take care of them. ^-^

  2. Well depending on if there is something serious going on which i would go see a doctor about it.  However it seems as if you have underdeveloped ankles which is what i had growing up and the only thing that helped was regular exercise and strengthening my ankles. Since then i haven't had a problem to date.  Hope this helps

  3. I don't know what the problem is ,but you need see an orthopedic doctor. These things only get worse over time, due to the strain a improperly working joint can cause.
