What is going on with the pregnancy?

had a miscarriage about 6 to 7 months ago. well this past friday and sat. i spotted a little bit only when i went to the bathroom, other than that i have not had anything. well monday i took two test at home and they both came back positive and then yesterday i went to the health department and their test came back positive also. well i went to my doctor today and they did blood work and had me pee in a cup and someone from another office came in and did a sonogram. they could not see anything. is there something wrong or am i just two early to tell. they was trying to go off of my last period and that can't be right. we have been using the pulling out method and about two weeks or so we didn't. so if that is the case i wont be far at all. so if anyone has any advice that would help. maybe someone else has experience this too.

Pregnancy is always measured from your last period so if you just missed it you are +/- 4 weeks along. It's a bit early to see anything. You can usually see a heartbeat at 6 weeks.
