What is going to change with Palin/McCain?

I saw Palin's canned rant last night...

Now they're claiming to be reformers, agents of change....

So, PLEASE! tell us Sarah, tell us McCain, how are your policies a change from George Bush? How is inheriting and continuing bush tax policys, of taxing the rich little to nothing, increasing the national debt by trillions (so much for fiscal converatism - less spending views), how is this going to "CHANGE" anything? How is 100 more years in Iraq going to change anything?

Providing healthcare to those that cant afford it, I've read Obama's detailed plan and yes I see a change, whether you agree with the change or not, its definitely a change.

Providing tuition relief for those willing to do community service in exchange is definitely a change.

Obama/Biden laid out very clearly how they are going to change the country.

With over 80% of the country believing we are going in the wrong direction, it makes sense to change, but you can't just say you're change. Tell us 72 year old grampa how are your policies (95% voting record with bush) a change?

I know I know I attacked Palin's policies I am a sexist. I get it. Thanks.

  1. They don't ever really say how they're going to change, they say they're going to change, but what?  I found it very distasteful all the points made for dogging Obama and Biden.  Most of those points were merely an opinion, not fact.  Obama just won the election as far as I'm concerned

  2. The VP's office would have more feminine drapes.

  3. Great question, there is a great amount of Republican love in general on Yahoo.  Tons of misinformed readers that reply countless times to these questions whose responses I could care less to read.  I know I know I haven't responded to the question at hand and I could stand to loose points on my profile for all the thumbs down I get from the republicans without a clue, but I could care less.  If you plan to vote for president do yourself a favor and READ about the nominee's and dont just go around repeating what you heard in the playground, around the watercooler or on some fake website created by tards that know nothing about politics of the search for truth.  It astounds me that there are people that would create fake websites to bad mouth OBama.

Its time for a change.  They said on the news that this election is tearing the country apart.  Great! Tear it up and allow the dems a turn at sewing it back together, hopefully they can repair the garbage of the last 8 years maybe.

I don't want another 8 years of Bush in office.  And if McCain croaks while in office, I don't think this PTA mom could do the job. If this was about which woman could do the job there were more qualified Republicans that McCain could've chosen.  He chose the worst instead.

  4. A good way to think about it is to imagine that the election was not going to happen, and Bush would remain president, since even Bush would change a few things (offshore drilling for example).  Then ask how would that be different from a McCain presidency.  The only issue where Bush and McCain differ is McCain's desire for a carbon cap and trade system.  But the right wing won't put up with it, so he'll back off.  You might as well leave Bush in place.

  5. the amount of the loose change rolling around in the ash tray of your car

  6. mccain/palin     they will do jack$$$$,,,,if he voted with bush 90 % of the time what you think

  7. The Republican party is the only party to bring a woman into the actual election...  a woman who can actually deliver more than empty promises.

  8. Nothing is going to change cause the GOP is in economic denial. Just as bad as their denial about Iraq.

The economy is crappy and Bush did a horrible horrible thing to the Iraqi people and our troops. Too bad they busy hating libs to notice.

  9. After the shock is over, let's get to the issue at hand. As you have said, they have nothing. McSame has disqualified himself with this pick because as a "maverick" his reckless disregard to rational decision making will ultimately get the country in trouble. If he was President and showed the same reckless disregard for responsible decision's; could he lead us into another, not properly vetted war?  Would his "Hail Mary" approach doom the economy for years more of huge deficits? How can be trusted at all to lead this country in the 21st Century? forget her, it's about him. Complete reckless disregard for our country, he's just playing gender politics.

  10. The programs you discuss above simply do NOT work. It will be a joke...show up for 5 minutes, get a free semester of tuition.

Your change is just warmed over SOCIALISM.
