What is going to happen to the Primark in Westgate Shopping Centre, Oxford, in the not too distant future?

I've heard the Westgate Shopping Centre in Oxford (UK) is being demolished and rebuilt, 2008-11. My question is, what will become of Primark - will it stay there or be reloacted elsewhere in Oxford, or perhaps disappear altogether? Anyone with any more details on developments with Westgate - or anything in Oxford for that matter - would be useful. Thanks!
