What is going to happen when i plead not guilty for an open intox ticket i received in MI?

have to go before judge today. officer didn't give me a breathalizer, just found it under my seat. wasn't even mine. what may happen? have had 1 previous open intox long time ago. if i shouldn't plead not guility, what should i do? please any advise would help.

If your not guilty then don't plead guilty, the worst that will happen will be probation for up to a year, and random drug tests and breathalyzers, and if you fail then you will get a max of 10 days in jail, oh and plus your car insurance will go up A LOT
