  1. def pizza!!

  2. I would suggest making a huge pot of chili and having tortilla chips, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and sourcream and letting everyone make their own taco salad. Then have cupcakes for dessert. These are always fun to make.

You can also take flour tortillas and fill with anykind of goodies and roll up and cut into pinwheels to make sandwiches and have chips

You can make a really yummy huge pasta salad that has everything that would make a complete meal in it and serve with dinner rolls or crunchy baked french loaves.

    My Confetti Pasta Salad

This is even a hit with the kids and I don't have exact measurments since I eyeball everything.

You favorite pasta cooked al dente and put into a large bowl.

    Mix in the following

A rotesserie chicken shredded up- most stores have these and if not chicken of any kind cooked and cubed up.

Marinated artichoke hearts cut up and reserve juice

    Black olives

shredded carrots, finely chopped celery, finely diced red, green, and yellow bellpeppers

Can of diced mild green chilis

mayo, mustard, italian dressing, and salt and pepper to taste.

Mix all together and let marry overnight in fridge. This makes a very filling meal.

You can also make up a huge pot of spaghetti and make a big package of meatballs and have crusty bread.

You can make up a few casserrole dishes

    Dips, chips, veggies, salad

  3. mini hamburgers with red wine ketchup and sweet potato fries

  4. -Pizza

    -Hot dogs and Hamburgers

    -Spaghetti

    -Nachos and Tacos

  5. The more courses you have, the higher your grocery bill.  The magic three words?  One Dish Meal.  :)  It can be a big pot of chicken and noodles (start with a whole bird), a giant pan of lasagne, a big pot of gumbo and a basket full of jiffy corn muffins, or how about a burrito & mojito bar?

  6. I'd go with some type of pasta.  It's good tasting and economical.
