Start with your local bank. If they don't offer anything go with the Big Banks...ie ) Bank of America, CIBC, etc...not sure if you're in the US or Canada.

Make sure they offer low interest and no annual fees...some also offer cash back and/or rewards.

You shouldn't have to worry about the interest rate if you plan on paying full every month which I would suggest you do because this way your credit will not get hurt at all. You should only spend what you can afford to pay. There are many student cards without annual fees. I did some research and found the following site with many student cards listed. Good luck!
