What is good for a first time golfer?

Is the '100' mark good for a first-time middle-school golfer? Is that 100 yards, feet, etc.?

if you can shoot under a hundred strokes that would be pretty good

its 100 yards and yea thats pretty good because its only guna be better..did u manage to hit it strait? cause thats the problem i had wen i first started golfing
