  21. Real energy comes from two kinds of fuel molecules carbohydrates and fat, water contains no energy and drinks like red bull in my opinion give a sense of an energy surge due to their high caffeine content, they are a con.

    As long as there is an overall good nutrition fuel molecules can be burnt efficiently and that along with exercise which oxygenates the body deeply (and also avoiding smoking) is the best way to have high energy levels.

  23. Good night sleep, Caffeine as in Energy drinks or coffee or just pure sugar, exercises will for sure help you have more energy during the day.

  24. Well theres many things!.. Personally i like ussing energy drinks.. such as Red Bull, Full throttle.. etc...  or u can take Energy Gum.. or simply a good Milkshake can bring peoples energy up!.. Coffee is alos a good choice :)

  25. To get energy, drink lots of water (but don't explode), and eat lots of produce.  Another way to boost up your energy is eating protein bars.  Of course, don't forget to exercise so you get used to it and live healthy.
