You can surely write a paragraph can't you?  

History is a record of the important events that happened before now.

All that we are as a country is the result of what happened before > the people & events that shaped how we are today > the war for Independence, the Civil War, the great inventors > Edison & Bell  & Ford & many others, our leaders Lincoln, Roosevelt, King & many others.  

It's all good > we learn from our past & advance.

I have to take history. I am in 8th grade andit is mandatory. I don't know anything bad and I just started school so I don't know anything good.
